Raquel Azevedo

Raquel is currently completing a Master of Counseling and Psychotherapy at Western Sydney University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication. Raquel provides a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space for women navigating the emotional challenges of parenthood including anxiety, depression, loneliness and adjustment to motherhood. Her approach is primarily person-centered, focusing on understanding each client's unique experience and supporting emotional wellbeing and resilience. As a mother herself, Raquel understands the complexities of parenting and the pressures many women face. She is bilingual in English and Portuguese and welcomes clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
