I am a registered psychologist with AHPRA and engage in regular clinical supervision to support high-quality care. I have additional training in EMDR, Schema Therapy, and a range of evidence-based approaches to support people experiencing trauma, anxiety, emotional difficulties, and life challenges. I am committed to ongoing learning so I can provide compassionate, personalised, trauma-informed, affirming, and up-to-date support tailored to your individual needs. I am also a member of professional organisations including the Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Association of Australia (EMDRAA), the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. (AAPI), and the League of Autistic Psychologists and Affirming Colleagues (LOAPAC), reflecting my commitment to ongoing professional development and neuroaffirming, evidence-informed care.; I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across private practice and perinatal mental health settings. I have worked with individuals presenting with a broad range of concerns, including emotional difficulties, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, and adjustment concerns. I also have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and completing psychological assessments to help people better understand their strengths, experiences, and support needs. I value providing collaborative, affirming, safe, trauma-informed, and person-centred care tailored to each individual.
