Who can upload a patient referral?
GPs, specialists, allied health practitioners and practice staff can upload a referral. Patients and support people can also submit a referral document on the clinician’s behalf.
Which referral documents can I upload?
You can upload PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC and HEIF files. Multiple files are accepted, up to 50MB each.
What happens after I upload the referral?
The document is sent securely to the Mums Matter Psychology incoming document queue. Our team reviews it and will contact the uploader if any information needs clarification.
