Liz is a warm, compassionate psychologist committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported to explore their experiences at their own pace. She has a particular interest in relational and attachment-informed perspectives, and in the capacity of the therapeutic relationship to foster meaningful change. She has experience working with young people and adults across a range of psychological concerns, including stress, anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, eating disorders, and women’s mental health, including the perinatal period. Liz has worked across both individual and group settings. Her approach is integrative and tailored to the individual, drawing from therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy, supporting clients in better understanding recurring patterns and exploring new ways of relating to themselves and others.
