Dasha is a compassionate and client-centred Registered Psychologist with a strong focus on supporting women’s mental health and wellbeing across adulthood. She works with women experiencing a range of challenges, including trauma (PTSD and complex trauma), stress, burnout, grief, anxiety, and significant life transitions. She has a particular interest in supporting women through motherhood, including the emotional and psychological adjustments that can arise during pregnancy, the postpartum period, and the evolving identity of being a parent. Dasha understands the complexities of balancing personal needs, relationships, and caregiving responsibilities, and provides a supportive, non-judgemental space to explore these experiences. Dasha’s approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. She tailors therapy to each individual, drawing on a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. She also integrates Motivational Interviewing, parts-based work, and psychodynamic approaches to support both practical, goal-focused change and deeper exploration of patterns and underlying experiences. With experience across clinical services, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and crisis support, including risk assessment and critical incident response, Dasha brings a calm and grounded presence to her work. She is committed to providing inclusive and respectful care, and has experience supporting women from diverse backgrounds. Dasha is known for her empathy, authenticity, and ability to build strong therapeutic relationships, supporting women to better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.
