Tara is a compassionate and open-minded psychologist who values bringing warmth and authenticity to her practice. She values building genuine connections with her clients, creating a space of trust, safety, and sometimes even humour. Tara is a fully registered general psychologist who is currently completing further study towards clinical endorsement through a placement at Mums Matter Psychology. She has experience supporting clients with a wide range of presentations, including mood changes, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem, grief and loss, identity exploration, and adjustment to life transitions. Tara is especially passionate about working with neurodiversity and the LGBTIQA+ community.
Tara is dedicated to walking alongside mothers as they navigate the challenges and joys of parenthood. She strives to help them feel confident, supported, and connected, while creating space to discover moments of joy in their everyday lives. She feels privileged to share in this significant stage of her clients’ journeys.
