Lauren Ho is a Clinical Psychology Registrar with the Australian Health Practitioner
Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society. She
holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology.
She draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural
Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical
Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, EMDR, and trauma-informed work.
Lauren has across the lifespan work experience in public, private, not-for-profit, youth mental
health, and educational settings providing individual therapeutic support, diagnostic
assessments, and delivering group well-being programs and psychoeducational workshops.
Her previous work experience has included working with people with grief and loss, medical
anxiety, neurodivergence, trauma, psychosis, mood, anxiety, and personality disorders. She
also has a particular interest in working with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD)
communities.
Now deeply committed to perinatal and early parenting mental health, Lauren is excited to
offer compassionate, collaborative care to mothers, new parents, and families. She has also
completed perinatal specific training with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE).
