Eunice is a compassionate clinical psychologist with a special interest in supporting individuals through the complex emotional experiences of early life and beyond. She has a deep appreciation for the richness of cross-cultural experiences and how personal identity, relationships, and emotional wellbeing develop and evolve over time.
Eunice draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). She brings experience from working in both public and private mental health settings. Eunice is also a certified Circle of Security Parenting and Tuning in to Kids facilitator.
With a thoughtful and curious approach, she helps clients move beyond surface symptoms to uncover and address the deeper roots of their struggles. Outside of work, Eunice enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her family.
