Clinical Psychologist

Samantha Cole

Samantha is a Clinical Psychologist who creates a gentle, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard, understood, and tenderly supported through your perinatal and parenthood journey. She is passionate about supporting women in the perinatal period navigating the emotional and physical complexities of pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood.

Samantha supports individuals experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including the distress of intrusive thoughts and OCD, difficulties with coping during pregnancy, the fears that can surround childbirth and birth trauma, the adjustment to parenthood and your new identity, relationship challenges, and parenting stress and burnout. Samantha also brings her supportive care to those navigating eating disorders, ADHD and Autism, offering a validating and neuro-affirming environment.

Samantha views your journey through a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming lens, ensuring you feel safe and respected. She thoughtfully weaves together evidence-based therapies, drawing from Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and CBT-E.
