Are you pregnant or a new mum?
Are you feeling stressed, anxious, unhappy or finding it difficult to cope?
We provide psychological therapy for mental health and well-being during your transition to parenthood.
Mums Matter Psychology is dedicated to providing affordable quality mental health care for pregnant and new parents (children aged 0 - 4 yrs). We offer bulk billing (no out of pocket expense) for up to 20 psychological therapy sessions to ensure our services are accessible to everyone.
We partner with Maternal and Child Health Services and maternity hospitals to provide integrated and holistic care through your perinatal journey.
We offer appointments in physical locations as well as via Telehealth (telephone or Zoom video call). Both are available to anyone. You don't have to live in one of these councils. Telehealth appointments are available Monday - Sunday from 7:00am - 9pm.
