I’m a Registered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals across regional Victoria. Since 2006, I’ve been based in the beautiful Geelong and Surf Coast region, working in both public and private mental health settings. I work primarily with individuals and also have experience facilitating group therapy sessions. I curently practice at Growth Psychology Practice in Geelong, where I help clients navigate a wide range of challenges—whether it’s managing chronic pain, improving mental wellbeing, or enhancing performance in sport and life. I also love combining my passion for sport and mental health as a presenter for the AFL Players Association’s ‘Tackle Your Feelings’ program. Through this initiative, I work with local football and netball clubs to provide mental health education and support to players and communities. I can support you with: * Pain management and chronic illness * Sports performance and rehabilitation * Anxiety and depression * Substance use * Trauma * Life transitions and wellbeing I use a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. I’ve also undertaken further training in pain management and the impact of illicit drugs in sport. I’m a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian Pain Society, and I’m passionate about the link between physical and mental health. Outside of work, I’m often cheering on my kids in their sports, or out enjoying the Geelong coastline—whether it’s walking, running, cycling, or simply soaking up some fresh air.
