Kelly Hinckfuss
Kelly Hinckfuss is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), specialising in perinatal and infant mental health. Kelly holds a Master of Clinical Psychology, a Master of Philosophy, and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology – First Class Honours). She is passionate about supporting parents as they navigate the emotional and psychological changes that accompany pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Kelly has completed advanced training in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health through the Perinatal Training Centre, received perinatal-specific education with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE), and has also received training in Schema Therapy for Perinatal Mental Health Issues. She is also trained in the Triple P ( Positive Parenting Program) and Circle of Security (COS), so is able to provide parents with practical, evidence-based strategies to strengthen attachment and confidence. Her therapeutic approach draws on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help parents manage distress, build coping skills, and enhance wellbeing during the perinatal period.
