Bettina is a Registered Psychologist who offers a warm and non-judgemental approach. She has worked with adults across a variety of settings including Employment Services, Private Practice and NDIS services. Bettina has extensive experience working with a variety of presenting issues, including depression; anxiety; stress; relationship issues; lack of direction; career/employment related including parents returning to work; self-esteem/confidence issues; peri and post-natal; transitional challenges – transition to parenthood, adolescents transition into adulthood, and various other psychological issues. Whilst she enjoys supporting a range of clients, she honestly believes that mums matter and she is passionate about providing support to mums as they navigate the complexities of motherhood. Bettina is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Bettina utilises several evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
