Fact sheet · Load and burnout

Who notices, plans and does it?

Every job has three parts: noticing it needs doing, planning it, and doing it. Fill this in together if you can, or on your own first. Whoever owns a job takes care of all three.

Type straight into the boxes, then print or save as a PDF, or print it blank and use a pen.

  1. 1.Tick “Drop” for anything that isn't needed right now.
  2. 2.Write who notices, plans and does each job now.
  3. 3.Talk about one section at a time, heaviest first.
  4. 4.Agree one owner per job. Kids and paid help count.
