Varda Khan

Psychologist: Telehealth

Varda is an Educational Developmental Psychologist. She has worked in education and community health sectors and has experience in working with clients across the lifespan. Varda has also worked in private practice working in the space of child, adolescent and family psychology, providing therapeutic intervention and treatment to clients from neurodivergent backgrounds with various emotional, social, behavioural and mental health challenges.

Varda draws from the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy, attachment framework, mindfulness and client-centred approach with trauma informed care and cross-cultural sensitivity to guide her therapeutic practice. She uses a collaborative approach and strives to provide a warm, welcoming and safe space to clients to support and create positive changes in their lives.
