Shannon Innes-Bloom

Clinical Psychologist: Telehealth

Shannon is a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology.

Shannon provides client focused and empathetic care, which is guided by evidenced-based treatment modalities and client needs. She has experience working with adolescents and adults, who present with a range of emotional needs and goals, in inpatient settings, schools, and private practice. Shannon utilises a range of therapeutic treatment strategies to meet client needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness. Further, she has completed her training in Applied Skills in Perinatal Mental Health Assessment and Care via the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE).

Shannon is passionate about helping others in need, and recently became a mother, herself. This has led to an interest in working in perinatal psychology, to help those engaging in this unique and challenging phase of life.
