Psychologist: Telehealth
Sarah began her psychological career working in primary schools, mainly with children with disability, before moving to the Non-Profit sector and working with family members of Defence & First Responder Personnel to up-skill and equip them for life as a frontline family. In recent years, Sarah has been working in small business with adults with disability and with clients in private practice.
Sarah is passionate about helping people navigate major life transitions, particularly women navigating parenting, identity and the “juggle”, anxiety, grief and loss, IVF and parenting children with disability. She is a firm believer in the power of proactive mental health and wellbeing and uses Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help her clients. Sarah has completed the Basic Skills in Perinatal Mental Health and is completing the Applied Skills in Perinatal Mental Health course through the Centre of Perinatal Excellence. Sarah is registered as a General Psychologist with AHPRA and is a Mum of two.
