Roza Hammon

Psychologist: Telehealth

Bachelor of Psychological Sciences, Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced), Master of Professional Psychology.

Roza is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She started her journey into becoming a psychologist because of her own motherhood experiences. Her therapy style is non-judgemental, empathetic and positive. She values creating a meaningful connection with her clients while providing structured, intentional, and person-centred therapy. She works collaboratively with her clients utilising evidence based approaches to help clients grow and create positive change.


Therapeutic approaches she finds helpful in her work: Person-Centred Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy (including Emotional Freedom Techniques), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy. She is undergoing EMDR (eye movement desentisation and reprocessing) therapy training, which is an evidence-based approach to treating psychological trauma effects.


My clients seek help for mood difficulties, trauma, or life/study/relationship challenges. In the first session you will tell me the story of what happened to you in life. Then we will collaborate on creating a plan to improve your self-understanding and will work on achieving your psychological wellbeing goals.
