Molly MItchell

B.Psych Science (Honours)

Molly is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She delivers empathetic, evidence-based care tailored to the individual needs and circumstances of her clients. Molly has extensive experience spanning with clients across the lifespan and in particular within the neurodiverse community. She integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Attachment Theory into her therapeutic approach.

Having embraced motherhood herself, Molly is particularly drawn to the field of perinatal psychology. She is deeply passionate about providing support to parents and those anticipating parenthood, recognizing the transformative and vulnerable nature of this phase of life.

Moreover, Molly is dedicated to continuous professional growth, actively engaging in ongoing education, including specialised training in Perinatal Mental Health Assessment and Care through the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE).
