Leah Zoszak (Mat Leave)

Psychologist: Telehealth

B.Psychology (Honours), Master of I/O Psychology, Master of Clinical Psychology (in progress)

Leah Zoszak is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Leah comes from a diverse psychological background. She received her Bachelor of Psychology (Hon, Class I) from the University of Wollongong, and her first Master’s in Industrial and Organisational Psychology (with distinction) from the University of Western Australia. With professional experience in the diversity and inclusion field, and a special interest in women, she is currently expanding her skillset to the clinical field with a second Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Charles Sturt University, Bathurst.

Leah is passionate about working with women across the lifespan and understands their particular needs during the perinatal period. She takes an evidence based and individual approach to therapy, which includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and some mindfulness practice. Leah strives to create a collaborative, supportive space for clients to explore challenges and meaningful change.

Leah has completed the Maternal Mental Health Intensive with the Seleni Institute as well as perinatal mental health training with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE).
