Jessica is passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful change in their lives. She places a strong emphasis on creating a respectful therapeutic relationship and appreciates each client’s uniqueness. Jessica views therapy as a collaborative process between the client and therapist where the client is respected as the expert in their own life.

Jessica works within a person-centered and strength-based framework seeing therapy as an opportunity to utilise and build upon each client’s existing skills and strengths. Jessica tailors her therapeutic approach to each client’s needs and draws on techniques from a range of evidence-based practices, with her approach being underpinned by attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Jessica is passionate about walking alongside clients as they experience the Perinatal period and towards thriving in life. Jessica is particularly passionate about working with Neurodivergent mothers during the Perinatal period. She eagerly awaits the opportunity to meet and work with you, providing compassionate and affirming support.
