Emma is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She holds a Master in Clinical Psychology and has worked with clients across all life stages including children, adolescents and adults.
Emma enjoys working with clients to identify therapy goals and bring about meaningful and positive change to their life and parenting experience. Emma recognises that the transition to parenthood and beyond can be a vulnerable time filled with many challenges. She takes a non-judgemental and compassionate approach to support clients to feel safe working towards their goals. She draws on a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Schema Therapy. Emma is also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.
Emma has completed Perinatal Mental Health specific training through the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) and the Seleni Institute.
