Tash is committed to supporting individuals facing a wide range of personal and parenting challenges that can emerge in the pregnancy and perinatal period. She is eclectic in her approach and utilises evidence-based psychotherapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapies and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga to foster action and understanding towards healing, personal growth and sustained change. With experience working with anxiety, depression, stress/burnout, trauma and neurodiversity, Tash provides individualised and compassionate services focused on empowering individuals to build the practical tools needed to navigate an ever-changing world. Tash is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is currently completing a Masters of Clinical Psychology.
