Rachael is a warm and compassionate clinical psychologist who has several years of experience working in public mental health supporting adults from a diverse range of backgrounds.
She provides person-centred and trauma-informed care, drawing on a range of evidenced-based approaches including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapy, and attachment-focused frameworks.
Rachael has experience supporting adults with various concerns, including navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, emotion dysregulation, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She has a particular interest in supporting women transitioning into motherhood.
