Lydia is a registered Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Neuropsychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She has worked with parents and children in a variety of public and private settings, predominantly in hospitals and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).

Lydia has considerable experience working with families with children with a wide range of medical conditions, including neurodevelopmental (e.g. Autism), neurological and chromosomal/genetic disorders, as well as parents presenting with difficulties relating to mood, anxiety, grief and loss, and trauma. She was previously a member of a Multicultural Mental Health steering committee, and is passionate about supporting women and families from all walks of life with the transition to parenthood, and experiencing joyful and meaningful relationships with their children.

Lydia also enjoys working with families to support their adjustment following the recent diagnosis of a child, with the overarching goal of facilitating an improved parent-child relationship. Lydia has completed Perinatal specific training with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) and The University of Sydney's Perinatal Mental Health Course.
