Kathleen Campbell

Kathleen is a Registered Psychologist who brings a unique depth of experience from her background in parentcraft education. She deeply understands that transitioning to parenthood is a profound, life-changing event. Working collaboratively with parents, Kathleen meets parents exactly where they are without judgement, recognising there is no single “right way” to parent and holding space for the full spectrum of emotions that come with this transition. She focusses on identifying each parent’s individual strengths and building upon them to foster confidence and resilience. Kathleen provides a safe, warm space to explore concerns, reduce overwhelm, manage parental anxiety and foster good mental health throughout the perinatal period.
