Mums Matter clinician
Jodie Evans
Hi, my name is Jodie and I am a registered psychologist with a warm, collaborative approach to supporting women and families through fertility, pregnancy, postnatal adjustment, and the broader transitions of motherhood and parenting. My work is grounded primarily in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and is informed by principles of positive psychology. I view therapy as a supportive, evidence-based space to build insight, resilience, and practical skills, helping clients reconnect with their strengths and move toward their best selves. I am committed to person-centred care that respects each individual’s values, experiences, and capacity for growth.
