Therapeutic modalities I work in
With over a decade of experience in both public and private sectors, I am committed to helping others as a psychologist. I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from the University of Queensland and a Master of Professional Psychology from the University of Southern Queensland, and I am currently pursuing a Master of Clinical Psychology. As a Board Approved Supervisor, I enjoy mentoring new psychologists entering the profession. I am dedicated to working with adults experiencing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment issues, relationship difficulties and workplace stress. I'm interested in perinatal mental health and work collaboratively with parents to help manage both the challenges of parenting and their own well-being. I use evidence-based therapies - including cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and schema therapy to guide clients toward meaningful progress and personal grow. Above all, I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship. My aim is to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and safe, so clients can feel comfortable to share openly and work towards growth. Compassion, empathy, and genuine care are at the heart of my approach.
