Hannah Candelario

Mums Matter clinician

Hannah Candelario

I’m Hannah, a Registered Psychologist and Mum. Motherhood can feel quietly lonely, overwhelming, and full of emotions you didn’t expect. I support women navigating perinatal anxiety, depression, birth trauma, parenting stress, and the identity shifts that come with becoming a parent. I have a particular interest in using EMDR to help mothers process birth-related trauma and other overwhelming experiences that can get "stuck" after having a baby. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, CBT, ACT, and DBT to tailor support to your goals. My hope is that through our work, you feel steadier and supported as we help you grow into this new version of yourself with confidence, clarity, and compassion.
