Charlotte completed her studies in Clinical Psychology in France and later obtained general registration as a psychologist in Australia with AHPRA. She has worked across France, Egypt, Southeast Africa and Australia, supporting individuals from a wide range of cultural and social contexts. Charlotte supports adolescents and adults experiencing complex trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, attachment difficulties, personality and mood-related challenges, as well as those navigating relationship difficulties, complex family dynamics, and significant life transitions. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals and couples during the transition to parenthood, including pregnancy, the postnatal period, and the emotional and relational adjustments that can arise during this time. Her work focuses on understanding relational patterns, emotional responses, and how earlier experiences can shape present-day relationships, including the ways individuals relate to their partners, their children, and themselves as parents. Having been born and raised between Egypt and France, Charlotte is particularly attuned to questions of identity, belonging, and cultural transition. She enjoys working with individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, including immigrants, children of immigrants, third culture kids, and individuals navigating intercultural relationships and parenting across cultures. Her approach is integrative and relational, drawing primarily on Schema Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), alongside CBT, DBT, ACT and psychodynamically informed perspectives. Charlotte offers therapy in English, French, and Arabic.
