Sarah is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is passionate about supporting families through the challenges and transitions of pregnancy and early parenthood. Drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-informed therapies, Sarah works collaboratively with each client to understand their strengths, challenges, and goals. She tailors therapy to individual needs, helping people gain insights to their difficulties, develop coping strategies, and build confidence in navigating life's challenges. Sarah has a particular interest in fertility challenges, grief and loss, and parent-child attachment. She recognises that every family's journey is unique and feels privileged to support clients through these important life experiences.
