Clinical Psychologist

Nara Rastegar

I am a Clinical Psychologist who provides a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together at a pace that feels right for you. I support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties and life transitions. Drawing on CBT and EFT, I recognise that relationships can sometimes be a source of pain, but can also become a powerful source of healing, connection and growth. Together, we can explore difficult emotions and patterns, reconnect with your strengths, and turn pain into power, creating meaningful and lasting change in your life and relationships.
