Get Started

I am a Psychologist and Social Worker with experience supporting children, parents, and families across a range of emotional, developmental, and mental health challenges. My professional background includes working in Child Protection with the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) and The Orange Door, where I supported families experiencing family violence, trauma, and complex life circumstances. This experience has shaped my trauma-informed and compassionate approach when working with parents and children.

I have a particular interest in perinatal mental health, attachment, Autism, ADHD, and trauma. I support parents during pregnancy and the early parenting years, recognising that this period can bring significant emotional adjustment, identity changes, and challenges within relationships and family dynamics. I also work with children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioural, and developmental difficulties, and collaborate closely with parents to better understand their child’s needs and support healthy development.

My approach integrates evidence-based psychological therapies and assessment tools, while focusing on strengthening parent–child relationships, emotional understanding, and practical coping strategies. I am passionate about helping people gain new perspectives and reconnect with their strengths. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, understand what may be holding them back, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
