Clinical Psychologist

Klia Glezakis

As a Clinical Psychologist, I'm dedicated to supporting women through the transformative stages of pregnancy and early motherhood. Whether you are navigating perinatal anxiety, depression, birth trauma, bonding challenges, or simply the overwhelming adjustment to parenthood, you don’t have to do it alone.

My practice is grounded in a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach. I integrate therapies such as CBT, ACT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, and DBT, adapting our work to fit your individual needs and pace.

Therapy is a safe, empowering space to build effective coping strategies, deepen self-compassion, and reconnect with what matters most to you, to move towards a life that feels meaningful and manageable.
