I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience, with a particular focus on working with children, families and parents. I enjoy supporting parents and parents-to-be through the emotional complexities of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. This can be a time of both joy and challenge, and I work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, birth trauma, identity changes, and adjustment to parenting. I began my career in trauma counselling, supporting individuals who had experienced sexual assault and other forms of trauma. This shaped my commitment to creating safe, compassionate spaces, something I bring to my work with parents, especially those navigating difficult or traumatic experiences. My background in educational settings also informs my understanding of child development and family dynamics. I draw on evidence-based approaches including ACT, CBT, and CFT, tailoring therapy to your unique needs. Clients often describe me as warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I aim to create a relaxed, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
