Katherine McGreal

Katherine is a clinical psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA). She has experience working with people from a range of backgrounds and ages, from children to older adults. Katherine’s goal is to provide a space that is welcoming, non-judgmental and safe. She has previously worked as a Registered Nurse. Her professional experience in both psychology and nursing allows her to integrate evidence-based strategies in a relatable and easy to understand way. Katherine is the mother of three little ones and recognises the transformative and vulnerable nature of this season of life. She integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy and Gottman Relationship Therapy into her therapeutic approach. She is continuously engaging in further education, including Perinatal Mental Health specific training through the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE).
