Jessica is a Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals and families across a range of settings. Her career has spanned both public and private sectors, giving her a broad and well-rounded perspective on mental health care. From 2013 to 2026, she worked within Queensland Health, where she provided psychological support in acute inpatient settings as well as community-based services. This allowed her to work closely with people during some of their most challenging moments, while also supporting longer-term recovery and wellbeing in the community. In 2018, she was involved in a pilot program funded by the Motor Accident Insurance Commission (MAIC), which focused on improving access to evidence-based, gold standard rehabilitation services for individuals living with moderate to severe brain injury. This work strengthened her commitment to making high-quality care more accessible to those who need it most. Alongside her clinical work, she has contributed to research in the areas of trauma and vocational rehabilitation, reflecting her interest in helping people rebuild meaningful and fulfilling lives following adversity. She is passionate about providing compassionate, practical, and evidence-based support for mothers and families, and is particularly committed to creating a safe and understanding space for mothers navigating the complexities of mental health, parenting, and life transitions.
