I’m a registered psychologist currently completing my post-registration Master of Clinical Psychology, with a particular interest in supporting people through pregnancy, the transition to parenthood, and the many emotional changes that can come with this time.

I have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, eating difficulties and neurodivergence. I take a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental approach, and aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly.

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and tailored to you. My hope is to support you in feeling understood, building on your strengths, and navigating this stage of life with greater confidence and self-compassion.
