General Registered Psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), joining Mums Matter with a strong commitment to perinatal mental health. I bring lived experience of the perinatal period and a background in research exploring women’s mental health and the role of modifiable lifestyle factors, including diet and exercise. I am a registered practitioner with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence.
