Hanaa Idris
Hanaa is warm and compassionate clinical psychologist with experience across a wide range of clinical settings including both government and non-government roles. Her therapeutic style is grounded in a non-judgemental and collaborative approach, with a focus on tailoring methods to meet each individual’s unique needs. Hanaa is passionate about working with clients from diverse backgrounds and recognises how therapy can be a hugely daunting endeavour for some individuals – with building trust and safety at the heart of her practice. She is trained and draws from a range of therapeutic modalities such as Trauma-Focused CBT, CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, and Circle of Security. Hanaa has experience working with clients experiencing perinatal and postal anxiety/depression, pregnancy loss, and fertility issues.
