Counselling psychologist
Erin Burgess
I am a registered psychologist with AHPRA, holding postgraduate qualifications in Psychology from the University of Wollongong and Charles Sturt University, plus a Master of Teaching from the University of Sydney. I have extensive experience in school and community settings, supporting people from diverse cultural backgrounds and abilities with a broad range of mental health concerns, providing assessment and therapeutic treatment. I'm passionate about supporting people through life’s ups and downs — whether it’s stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, tough times or feeling stuck. My approach is to help you feel comfortable— that’s when real change happens. We'll work together to decide what you want to focus on and the pace that feels right for you. I’ll get to know your story and strengths, and offer practical, effective strategies to support the changes you want.
