I am a registered Clinical Psychologist and have experience working with a diverse range of individuals across the lifespan including in a school setting, the public sector with Services Australia and in private practice. I also previously worked in a prison setting with Services Australia. I am eager to learn about your journey and collaborate with you to build a fulfilling and meaningful life. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where you can openly address your concerns. I am committed to providing empathetic and passionate care to my clients. My therapeutic style is non-judgmental and client-focused, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. My primary therapeutic approaches are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also incorporate techniques from Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT. My dedication lies in utilising best practice psychological approaches to achieve the best possible outcomes for my clients. I am skilled in diverse therapeutic techniques to foster positive change.
