Vicky Dobbin is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is completing ongoing training towards endorsement as a Clinical
Psychologist. She is also a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS).

Vicky has experience working with individuals and families as a Psychologist, Midwife and Nurse. She has worked predominantly in hospital and community based settings, providing both individual and group therapy interventions for people living with issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, chronic pain, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.

Vicky is extremely passionate about working with women and families during the perinatal period. She has experience working at Austin Health, supporting women with their mental
wellbeing through pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period. She is particularly interested in
supporting women and families who are experiencing perinatal depression, anxiety, birth trauma, and adjustment to parenting.

Vicky provides a safe, warm, and non-judgemental therapeutic space in order to most effectively support families adjusting to the challenges arising during the perinatal period. She works collaboratively with clients to allow for sessions which are supportive, practical, and goal oriented.

Vicky has completed perinatal specific training with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE).
