From both personal and professional experience, Katie knows the perinatal period is a significant transition that is unique in each woman’s life. Katie ensures she tailors the right care for each client, utilising a variety of approaches, such as psycho-education, cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness.
