Sherry has an empathetic heart and holds a depth of knowledge as both an educator and registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Sherry is engaging, and warm and her client-focussed methodology ensures each client receives personalised care and attention during her sessions. She integrates various therapeutic modalities to enhance client awareness including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotional Focussed Therapy (EFT) and Attachment Theory.
Sherry has been drawn to the field of perinatal psychology through her lived experiences as a mother and is dedicated to supporting her clients as they navigate parenthood, recognizing the vulnerabilities associated during of this phase of life.
Sherry actively engages in continuous professional growth and is currently, training in Perinatal Mental Health Assessment and Care through the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE).
