Due to the very high level of demand for our service, as part of booking this appointment, we ask you provide valid credit or debit card details. These details will be held securely but NO PAYMENT will be taken at this time.

These details will be used to process a holding fee of $30 at the time your first full appointment with a therapist is booked.  

​

This holding fee will then be refunded to you once you have attended your first full appointment with a therapist.

​

If your first appointment is not attended or less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is provided, this $30 holding fee is non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: The current waiting time for a first full appointment with a therapist varies depending on a large number of factors, but can be up to 3-4 months from the time you speak with us on this call. If you join the waitlist, you are able to remove yourself from this list at any time if you find somewhere suitable for you at an earlier time.
