Mental Health Social Worker: Telehealth
PhD, Master of Social Work, Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy, B. Arts
Trudy is a Mental Health Social Worker and Counsellor with three decades of experience in rural, regional, and urban Victoria, including many years in Community Health. She considers Community Health to be a wonderful work environment and training ground, where practitioners gain experience in a wide array of individual presentations and approaches, where services are available to everyone and where the communities that surround the patient are always considered. She continues to practice from this philosophical perspective, drawing clinically upon a variety of relational frameworks with a focus on the unique individual and on language. Trudy specialises in Mental Health, diverse families, single parenting, isolation, substance use, and balancing creative endeavours with motherhood.
