Natasha De Bellis

Psychologist: Telehealth

BA Arts (Psychology), Post Grad Dip Psychology, Dip in Psych Practice

Natasha is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Regulation Agency
(AHPRA), a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (MAAPi) and is
completing perinatal training through the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE).

Natasha is a warm and empathic psychologist with over 10 years of clinical experience. In
this time, Natasha has worked with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, adjustment
disorders or difficulties, grief, career change and parenting issues. Natasha’s approach is
holistic and person-centred, and she works collaboratively with clients to explore the
interconnectedness of their mental, physical, and emotional health while developing a
tailored treatment plan.

Natasha utilises a range of therapeutic treatment strategies when working with clients
including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
(ACT), and Mindfulness. Further, she is completing training in Applied Skills in Perinatal
Mental Health Assessment and Care via the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE).

Natasha’s is a dedicated mother of three and is extremely passionate about helping people
deal with the challenges of navigating the parenting journey, especially in the perinatal
period and early stages of parenthood.
