Meet Lisa, a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Lisa has extensive experience working with parents, children, and adolescents across private practice, community health, hospital, and schools.
She uses a compassionate therapeutic approach that is individualised to each client and draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Attachment Theory. Lisa also works in the child and family psychology space providing assessment and intervention to support parents and children around various behavioural, developmental, and attachment needs. Lisa is particularly passionate about building family resilience based on compassionate neuroscientific approaches and understanding of the attachment system and its impact across the lifespan.
