Julie Bryant

Psychologist: Telehealth

BA Psychology, Master of International and Community Development, Dip of Professional Psychology.

Julie Bryant is a registered psychologist based in Sydney. Julie has experience working with people from a range of backgrounds from late adolescence to older adults. Julie has previous experience as a counsellor with the Butterfly Foundation and as a disability specialist psychologist with the NDIS.

Julie works within a range of therapeutic frameworks including trauma focused cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy and interpersonal psychotherapy.

Julie uses a strength-based approach to therapy that focuses on an individual’s self-determination and strength. She is passionate about attachment parenting and providing compassionate care during the critical time of pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period.

Julie has completed the Perinatal Mental Health training through the Centre for Perinatal Excellence (COPE).
