Daniella Silverstein

Psychologist:Telehealth

B.Psychological Science, Master of Clinical Psychology

I’m Daniella (she/her) a friendly and warm psychologist passionate about helping you feel more connection and joy in your life, and supporting you in your personal growth along your parenthood journey. I welcome you into a non-judgmental, caring space for you to feel seen and understood, helping you to feel empowered through the perinatal period and beyond.

Together I work with you to develop more self-compassion, self-understanding, and flexibility in how you approach yourself, your relationships, and the world. Areas I can support you in include experiences of perinatal and general anxiety, depression and stress, as well as navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, study and work challenges, grief, addiction, and recent or historical trauma.

I value creating a safe and affirming space for you to be yourself, and am neurodivergent affirming, LGBTIQA+ friendly, and also love working with clients from culturally diverse backgrounds, sex-workers, and those exploring non-traditional relationship structures.

I tailor therapy to each person I work with as we’re all so different, drawing from CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), with elements of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and emotional management techniques. I hold a Masters of Clinical Psychology from Charles Sturt University, and have experience across private, public, and specialist clinics, seeing clients both face-to-face and over telehealth.
